HMS Orkney can offer a Marine Biologist consultant qualified with degree honours in Marine Biology from University of Wales Bangor and master degree distinction in Marine Resource Development and Protection from Heriot-Watt University.

Experience in Marine Nature Conservation Review (MNCR) system to Phase II level for Biotope assessment and GIS Mapping.

Experience in sublittoral marine biological survey using transect, video and photographs in a range of shallow, deep and tidal environments.

Previous tasks include:

• Photographic still/video transect species and habitat surveys.
• Top side ROV footage consultant during habitat surveys.
• MNCR Phase II Marine Biological Survey of Sanday, Orkney.
