The Orkney Skate Trust has been recording data supplied by local volunteers who have observed Skate whilst diving for work and pleasure.

This information has been logged with as much accuracy as possible and will be used within a Geographical Information System (GIS) to produce maps showing the areas of Orkney where the Skate have been observed.
